Yesterday room 4, 6, 8, 7, 10, 11 and room 12 we went to the hall to go and see the Warriors. When all the classes arrived to the hall we got to meet one of the Warriors player and he was pretty funny that the school started to laugh and even the teachers. Then we got to meet the other Warrior players and their names were Zack and Junior. Then the school got into some games with the Warriors, when we went into the game Zack and Junior had to pick a person for their group leader. After the games the Warriors were talking about when to drink water and when to have a good night sleep.
Kids have 11 hours to sleep and adults have 8 hours to sleep because adults have to finish their work paper. If you stay up and play video games then it will make you stay up all night then, when the sun comes up you will be tried. Drinking water is good for your body and when you play sports like netball and ruby make sure that you drink during the game.

On Monday I didn’t go to school because I was sick and that sickness is going around and getting kids and adults sick too.

  When you are sick and you stay home with your grandma or grandpa and if they can’t take you to the doctor then you can wait for your mum or dad, but if it is getting worse then you can call your mum at work to take you to the doctor.

This sickness maybe going around the world and maybe some kids are getting sick, if you have kids and if they are getting sick then you may take them to the doctor before it gets any worse. For example when I woke up I felt like  I had a hot head, running nose and coughing.

When people get sick it is not a good idea to go work or school because you can make your mates sicks and that can keep on going to other people.  Like sometimes your mum and dad can get your sickness that’s why you stay in bed.

Get some sleep and have some soup that will make you feel better.  But, if that doesn't work then you can go to the doctor they will give you some medicine to help get that  sickness under control and do the same thing go to bed, sleep, soup and have your medicine those are the things that will help you get butter.

We were so excited to go to netball coaching because this year we are doing netball for 8 weeks, but the to last weeks we are going to do the really game of netball.When it is my class’s turn for netball we had to line up outside and wait for our teacher so we can go and wait for the the coaches to tell my class what to do when we play netball. When the two coaches came she said what we are going to do and what not to do when she finished talking she told us to get in pairs so I went with my friend. Then the coaches said to get a ball and stand across from each other and they explained to us what to do when we are playing a game, they said that we are going to do some throwing like head throw, bounce throw and other kinds of throws. After that we got to play some games then after that we played another game it was called over under and then we had to say thank you for telling us how to throw in different ways.

Matilda.

Matilda is a movie that was made in England in 1996 and that is a long time ago. The main character is Mara Wilson she was born in July the 24th. The movie matilda was the little girl that has powers like control things with her mind. Her best friend in the movie was Kiami Davael she was Mara Wilson best friend until now. Why I pick this movie to write about is because that I think it is a good and funny movie and if you watch the movie I hope you like it. In this movie Mara is the daughter of a father and a mother that the name is Rhea Perlman and  danny devito. In this movie Mara has a little brother that will also bully her and when she got mad she would use her powers on her step brother.

What I have learned today with the other people that came from another job that is called Ey.

Other things that I have learned with them is some maths, simple machines and giraffes.

I hope that next year too that it can keep going. The best teacher I had in the club was a girl and she was so nice, helpful and beautiful and her name is called Emily. I hope that she is my teacher every Wednesday.

 All the classes had to make a toy on a simple machine like a pulley, ramp, inclined plane and a lever.

What I made for my toy was a well what kind of simple machine I used was a, pulley because in the olden days people used wells to get water from the deep ground.

How I made my toy was with some cardboard box, string, a big tin, one bottle cap and a cap from a board pen.

Why I wanted to make the toy was because back in the olden days people had to use a well just to get some water from the deep ground.

I think it was a good idea to make a well because I would like to teach my little five - year - old cousins so that they can put water in it and I hope that when they are older that they can make their own well like a real well at the back of their garden.
